Welcome to LOCKS (“LOCKS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LOCKS website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

LOCKS does not permit access by individuals who are:

• Subject to self-exclusion or similar restrictions imposed by any gaming authority

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• Does not process bets
• Does not hold or transmit user funds
• Does not set odds
• Does not guarantee outcomes or profits

All content provided on the Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only and represents statistical analysis, data aggregation, historical trends, or opinion-based insights.

Any decision to place a wager with a third-party sportsbook is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Affiliate relationships do not influence outcomes, guarantees, or accuracy of information.

You agree that LOCKS is not liable for any losses, disputes, account issues, or regulatory violations arising from your interaction with a Third-Party Operator.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Visual design, including black and gold styling
• Text, graphics, and data compilations
• Proprietary analytics and presentation formats

are the exclusive property of LOCKS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content
• Reverse engineer or scrape data
• Use content for commercial purposes without written consent

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐇𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐒

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent affiliation with LOCKS
• Circumvent access controls or security features
• Interfere with Platform functionality
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

LOCKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐎𝐅 𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY
• WAGERING LOSSES OR FINANCIAL HARM

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCKS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED $100 USD.

𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐍𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOCKS, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any law or third-party rights

𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍

LOCKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

𝐆𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐀𝐖 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐔𝐄

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction.

𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒

LOCKS may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
